Description:	Join our vivacious and talented Chef, Marco Kouch (as seen on Campbell Live, Sunrise and Breakfast shows) for an incredibly informative class showcasing the seasonal pick of New Zealand seafood. Full of high energy and interaction, Marco will share his knowledge of seafood species in tonight's class. He will showcase 3 seasonal species and discuss cooking options best suited to each species then present 2 recipes utilising the products available which you will then go on to cook and eat yourself.

Cancellation Policy:

The Auckland Seafood School reserves the right to alter or amend its class schedule at short notice. In the event of cancellation of a class by the school, a full refund will be given or a transfer to another class offered. Cancellations received 5 working days before the reserved class will be either transferred to another class or refunded in full. Refunds will not be given for cancellations within 5 working days of the reserved class unless the place can be filled from the waiting list.
