Description: Just in time for your weekend away, join us in tonight's class to learn the techniques of fish filleting then go on to smoke the fillets in simple and tasty ways that can easily be adapted to the boat, home or camping. You will receive a step by step demonstration on how to fillet, skin and bone round and flat fish, before you practise on a couple yourself then sit down to a meal of freshly smoked fish fillets, fresh bread, salad and a glass of chilled wine.

Cancellation Policy:
The Auckland Seafood School reserves the right to alter or amend its class schedule at short notice. In the event of cancellation of a class by the school, a full refund will be given or a transfer to another class offered. Cancellations received 5 working days before the reserved class will be either transferred to another class or refunded in full. Refunds will not be given for cancellations within 5 working days of the reserved class unless the place can be filled from the waiting list.
