Description:	Join our talented Italian chef, Luca Villari for a hands on Italian cooking celebration. Having commenced work in the family restaurant at a young age and completing chef training in Auckland, Luca went on to work in restaurants in both Melbourne then back in New Zealand at the iconic Cin Cin on Quay. Now co-owner of Eden Cloakroom (Mt Eden) and Post House (Ellerslie) plus food writer for Taste magazine, Luca is a talented entertainer presenting seafood meals with an Italian twist.

Cancellation Policy:

The Auckland Seafood School reserves the right to alter or amend its class schedule at short notice. In the event of cancellation of a class by the school, a full refund will be given or a transfer to another class offered. Cancellations received 5 working days before the reserved class will be either transferred to another class or refunded in full. Refunds will not be given for cancellations within 5 working days of the reserved class unless the place can be filled from the waiting list.
